Replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received is defective

  • Return/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

 


 

4. Proof Requirement

  • Valid proof (images/videos) is required to process claims

 


 

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the situation

  • It may be borne by customer or AEEDEA

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Net Banking
